The Danish Data Science Academy has announced its first calls for educational and collaborative activities within Data Science:
- Events and networking activities including, but not limited to, workshops, training/mentoring events, networking initiatives, competitions, and hackathons
- Courses including, but not limited to, PhD and postdoc courses, as well as vocational courses for public-, hospital-, and private sector employees

The Novo Nordisk Foundation has awarded DKK 152.5 million over 5 years (2021-2026) for the establishment and operations of the Danish Data Science Academy, a self-governing national network which will support education and training of the next generations of data science experts as well as the creation of an internationally competitive Danish data science community.
